Our 4-week Women’s Beginner Boot Camp is designed for women who want to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident — without the pressure of an intimidating gym environment. You’ll train alongside other like-minded women in a welcoming, encouraging space focused on progress, not perfection.

What to Expect

  • Beginner-Friendly Workouts – No experience needed. We start where you are and help you build strength, mobility, and endurance safely.

  • Expert Coaching – Every session is led by coaches who focus on proper technique, smart progression, and injury prevention.

  • Supportive Community – Surround yourself with positive women who will keep you accountable and motivated.

  • Balanced Programming – Each week builds on the last with a mix of strength, cardio, and flexibility training designed to help you move and feel better.

Schedule: 5 small-group sessions per week (60 minutes)

Location: Elevate Dojo, South County Trail, Building C, Exeter, RI
